The conveyor and vision system set the rhythm.
A fast robot does not automatically create a fast line. Product spacing, camera field of view, image processing, conveyor tracking, gripper response, placement pattern and missed-pick strategy all contribute to the achievable output.
We engineer the complete flow: how products enter the vision window, how suitable picks are assigned, where products are placed, and what happens when a product cannot be picked or fails inspection.
Stable product flow
Control overlap, spacing, speed variation and recirculation so viable products reach the pick area.
Reliable image capture
Specify lens, lighting, trigger and processing around the actual product and conveyor surface.
Fast end effector
Minimise tool mass and response time while maintaining secure pickup and clean release.
Balanced placement
Coordinate downstream pockets, cartons, trays or lanes without moving the bottleneck elsewhere.
Parallel robot system considerations
Representative platforms may cover light, very fast handling or heavier parallel-robot applications. Published unloaded rates are not the same as a guaranteed production rate.
| Typical applications | Random product picking, sorting, orientation, tray or carton loading, reject handling and assembly |
|---|---|
| Product flow | Conveyor speed, density, singulation, spacing, accumulation and recirculation |
| Vision | Part contrast, lighting, field of view, calibration, orientation and inspection criteria |
| End effector | Low-mass vacuum or mechanical tooling with rapid confirmation and release |
| Performance model | Pick window, path length, product availability, placement pattern, rejects and recovery |
| Hygiene/environment | Materials, cleanability, ingress requirements and product-contact considerations where applicable |
